Never give away your power.  The negotiation process requires every tool in your arsenal.  Timing is everything.  Your Realtor will know the right moment to divulge important information.  You can say, ‘for many reasons’ or ‘it just seems to be the right time’.

This is only part of the reason why a seller should not be present during a showing.   You’re emotionally involved.  There’s a lot at stake.  Don’t give away your hand.  Your agent is paid AND TRAINED to field this question and many others.  Read on.
